New build - Won't go to BIOS

I just built a new PC and when I power on, I don't get into the BIOS. The monitor just goes into Power Saving Mode. The power light on the case comes, as does the light on the mainboard.
I know the monitor works (on other PC).

    Hardware is:

    Corsair Pro Series HX750 80PLUS Gold 750W
    8GB G.Skill Sniper PC3 memory
    Intel Core i5-4670K (LGA1150)
    MSI Z87-G45 Gaming (Socket 1150)
    250gb M500 SATA SSD
MSI GTX 770 2GB Twin Frozr OC
    Noctua Dual Radiator CPU Cooler.
I haven't hooked up a sound card and DVD/BR drive yet.

There is full power to the motherboard and GPU, all system fans and GPU fans are spinning and there are no beeps/warnings of any kind.
I've double checked all connectors, especially the mainboard power cords & 2 power connectors for the GPU.

Memory is installed in dim slots 1 & 3 (also tried slots 2+4).
CPU is installed correctly (pretty hard to mess that up due to the slots on it).
It's been about 5 years since I built a PC, so I'm a bit rusty. But I can't think of any good reason why this machine won't boot up.

    Any ideas good people?

    OMG

    ...I'm an idiot.

I'm blaming this one on the bad cold I have & the lack of sleep caused by it.

Based on your post Headshot, I went to put the cable into the mainboard as you suggested...only to realise that it was already there. I had forgotten to actually connect it to the GPU, and the mainboard must disable the onboard video when it detects the GPU installed.

So in short....I forget to hook the monitor up. Doh!

OK, go ahead everyone. Make fun of me. I totally deserve it :P

Thanks for your suggestion Headshot. Very helpful.
