Have a project that I need to visualise some data or statistics for a college module. With my interest in cars, doing this project on involving statistics and data surrounding them would make this a hell of a lot easier. :p

Looking for the most detailed data on sales etc as possible. ideally in an Excel sheet or CSV.

Data on any country would do, Ireland would be great but i'm guessing that other countries might have more detailed statistics.

Had a google but nothing obvious has come up.

    Any help would be great.

The UK provides a lot of statistics on taxed and SORNed vehicles. There's a website http://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/ that lets you query them so see how many of a particular car type are still on the tax database. This is compiled from publicly available information. It's available at https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/vehicle-licensing-statistics. I don't know if there is equivalent information for Ireland.
Let us know how you get on!

Just realised the Beep Beep, co2 data isn't the full data. Would anyone with a login be able to provide me some of the full statistics?

    Interesting site.. I saw this
    http://www.howmanyleft.co.uk/vehicle/bmw_x5_m50d_auto#!tax

Wonder how many of those will be sold here? I want to buy one in the future, perhaps when it would be 4-5 years old.
