Long shot - Any Triumph Spitfire owners here?

Hi guys!

Its probably a long shot, but was just curious if anyone here is in the classic car scene, or knows someone who is. I'm hoping to find someone resonably local whom owns a Triumph Spitfire that they might let me take a closer look at, maybe even go for a spin.

I'm hoping to buy one so would love to get 'up close and personal' with one before hand, get some insider info, tips, hints etc etc.

Any help appreciated!

Yeah, had heard of them alright, cheers! Cant find 'em on facebook though, that woulda been handy. I'll look into it!
