The annual London Lord Mayor's Show is on Saturday November 9th. The event website says there'll be an RAF flypast at 11am.
I'm in London that day and am wondering if it would be worth seeing -
does anybody know what aircraft are involved? I can't find any concrete details.

I have no idea however I am going to go out on a limb and state that if you are in any way interested in aviation then it would be worth your while hanging out in Hyde Park/Regents Park/The Mall area to catch the RAF flypast.

The show or procession takes place in 'The City' or the 'Square Mile' as sometimes called. Post code EC1. No one seems to know what aircraft will be involved. Fly overs for the royals are over West London where the Mall/Hyde Park are.

The flypast goes directly over Mansion House at 11am. I know one of the organisers of The Lord Mayors show so have emailed asking if he's got details of the aircraft.

Google search gives this Airspace Co-Ordination Notice for the 2006 flypast.
    http://www.milairpix.com/cgi-bin/yabbnew/YaBB.pl?num=1162983948

Four Typhoons, five helos and an Islander on that occasion.
Anyone know if those notices are publicly available?
Mind you the one for this year won't be published for a couple of days yet, going by the dates in 2006.
