Hi, ive been lifting for a while, but my new job is on a campsite in a rural part of oz. The gyms are manic in the evenings and i have to resort to training before work. I start work at 5.30am so i gotta get up pretty early to lift.
The dining hall only opens at 4.30 so eating before the gym is tricky.
My question is can i get away with just some fruit, a pre trainer and BCAAs before training?
I have porridge, fruit and eggs after training plus WP.
    Thanks guys

for my 6:30am lifting sessions I just have a cup of black coffee and a tablespoon of coconut fat mixed in and it works very well.

I used to train at 6am and eat my first meal at 2 pm.
occasionally id have a banana or a boiled egg on the way to the gym.

I didnt only eat that. I had other meals as well. just not until afternoon.

This has been discussed a million times. eat when you feel hungry, not at some arbitrary schedule.

Id recommend getting some casein into your system right before sleep. If your on a bulk cycle or just dont mind the extra carbs id mix a weight gainer with milk...youl wake ready to go. just make sure you get a sufficient amount of macros within an hour of post workout and your sorted
