So, my parents are switching their ISP to Eircom next week, (A last resort) what's the deal with the 3 strikes policy? Is that still a thing? Do they also block KickAssTorrents? How about streaming sites? Do they go after you for using those?

    Any help is appreciated.

eircom don't block KAT or streaming sites and from my experience with them they don't enforce download caps although I have been on an unlimited package for a while. I doubt if you need to worry about the 3 strikes rules unless you are seeding a load of mp3s.
