    Hi all,

In light of the somewhat lackluster ps4 and xbox one i've decided to put my money into a new graphics card. anybody have any recommendations? My budget is 350 euros max. My specs are:

Gainward GeForce GTX 460 Golden Sample, 1024MB
    4GB-Kit Corsair Valueselect DDR3-1333 CL9
    Intel Core i5-760 Box 8192Kb, LGA1156
    Corsair TX650W 650 Watt
    Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3, Intel P55, ATX, DDR3, PCI-Express

Or would i be better off to go all out and get a new rig? My budget for a new rig would be around 800 if i was to go down that route.

Your rig is not too bad. And should you go for a new one you can use the PSU and ram so will cut nearly a 100 euro of cost.

Good news is graphics card prices are on the drop. So you should pick up a good one no sweat with your budget.

Thanks for the advice, I'll prob get it from scratch because I would use the old rig as a media server. Can anyone recommend me some specs for my rig?

I would honestly keep the rig you have and go with an upgrade like Ram and Gpu .

    Thanks for the reply,

I assume you meant to link a higher GB of ram because i already have 4GB installed in mine. I was more leaning towards a nvidia card because i use a lot of adobe software. any equivalent nvidia card i should be looking at?

Nope the Ram is the right ram because it matches the ram you already have :) So you will have 8gb's total . I would say for the money it would be a gtx 770 .
Also adobe software are using because AMD cards can use GPU Acceleration too .

GTX 770. Some good prices around at the moment. This is decent. Also you need to be looking at OC'ing that old i7 so it can keep up.
