I'm just wondering if too much tea could be damaging my teeth and gums ?
I drink alot of tea, probably 6-7 mugs a day but its very weak black tea with a good bit of milk .

Would the tea be too acidic and causing my gums to recede or would it made no difference ?

    Many thanks
