HELP - Interactive pdf export settings for Indesign 5.5

    Hi Guys, hopefully someone here can help as it is driving me a bit batty.

    I have set up interactive buttons in an indesign 5.5 document to go to a URL.
    However when I export the resulting .pdf it does not keep the links from the buttons.


    I am pretty sure it is due to my export settings (Attached).
    I have borrowed another indesign file that i know has successfully exported an interactive pdf. But when I do it the links get lost.
    I have also lent my indesign file and someone else was able to export with links intact.

    Could you have a look at my attached settings and see if you can spot what I am doing wrong. Or suggest what to look at.
