Looking for the name of a game...

    This is a random long shot but as a young fella I remember playing a RTS where it was futuristic.

    The most distinguishing features I remember about it was you could build hand shaped building and when you instructed your people to do so they said 'engineering'.

    This might be daft and a long shot but I'd love to know what the game is?
