Folks, what would ye recommend for training after the DCM - legs feel fine today (tuesday) can anyone speak from experience (a) went back training straight away (b) waited a couple of weeks?

Any advice on the above would be great.

    Ta

A similar week to your taper week, replicate the slow short runs and the mileage. This will help recovery and after that it depends on what's next in your schedule. Pool sessions are also good and low impact.
