    Is anyone else unable to access their studentmail? or does anyone else know what the problem is?

    This has been a problem for a few weeks at this stage. You can no longer sign in via the old avenues. If you go to mail.office365.com , you will be able to sign in from there.

    thank you, but yes, I'm aware off that but i am unable to access my emails from office 365

    A lot of people are unable to access emails through Google Chrome on campus, so if you're using Google Chrome, try switching to Internet Explorer.

    If you go to www.outlook.com/studentmail.ul.ie in IE, and log in using ul\IDNumber as your username, and your password it should work.

    dont bother trying itd about it either, its a problem with your laptop as far as they are concerned and are going to keep their head in the sand for as long as they can
