Hello,
If you know McCurtain street, there is a Cork Deaf Centre (Its on same side of road where Leisureplex is, not far from it).
The staff in there is great, also there is a noticeboard in there. If there is anyone in Cork who would know about meetups for hard of hearing, then thats them.
