    Hi can someone answer my question.

    I bought a MiFi on 16/10/2013 which cost me 49.99€, and a sim card with credit at €25.00. When i got home my friend had upgraded his MiFi to a WiFi router and gave me his spare MiFi. I brought my MiFi back to the shop and received my €49.99 back but when I went to use my sim card in my friends MiFi my sim card had been cancelled. I went back to the shop today but the lady would not reactivate my sim and would not refund me my €25 either. Can someone reactivate the sim card for me and if not then surely I am entitled to my €25 back.
