    I am a normal PAYE earner and keep getting reminders to complete Form 11, can someone help me under stand what this for is about?

    Were you self employed at some point? Were you a proprietary director at some point. Do you have any other sources of income other than your PAYE.

    Quickest way to get a definitive answer is to ring your local tax office. Ring the Income tax section not PAYE.
