Solicitor fees for conveyancing - what are the extras ?

    Land registry fees? Stamp fees etc ...

    Does anyone have a list of the charges?

    Land Registry fees = €600 if purchase price under 200k and €700 if greater than 200k.
    Land Registry fees on mortgage = €175
    Folio = €40
    Searches = €100
