How do i return back a pair of shoes i ordered

    I have ordered a pair of shoes from Asos last month, how do I return them?? There website is useless with info on this, the shoes are HUGE things.


    Anyone know can I get someone to collect it at my home address??

    I returned something to ASOS a few years ago and I found the service very easy to use. All I had to do was enclose was the piece of paper they sent me and tick the reason I was returning the item. Parcel it up and post it. They refunded my account in a few days.

    Can't see the issue. It is unbelievably easy to find the info and just as easy to do the return.

    and all info on returns comes up - took me about 2 seconds.

    the read "international returns" - click the "Ireland returns" pdf document, print it off, fill it in and send it off to the address printed (an post mails centre, portlaoise)

    absolutely the easiest to find and understand returns system I have seen.
