Just going through my sfp applications online here, I discovered that a plot that was subdivided in 2008 for reps habitat and permanent pasture , the habitat was taken out of forage area ok but the remaining section did not show up on following years application , never missed it till now ! The plot was referred to as reps habitat 3 and payment was reduced a bit as expected , then reps finished in 2010 , never changed reps habitat back to permanent grassland on 2011 form , payment still the same, now I have run in to an overclaim problem , what are my chances of retrospectively correcting the genuine mistake from 2009 onwards

well its probably pretty clear that you were farming the area. Whats habitat 3 for reps? trees, seaside or species rich or what?

In years gone by you were dealing with a reasonable bunch, but things are different now as they are job justification survival mode, which is a very dangerous beast to be dealing with. There tone has really changed in the last 12 months.

Could you show with imaginery, farming activities carried out by yourself on this portion of land over the years its excluded, does the rest of your land enclose it?

Habitat was just grazing ground left un grazed and topped fenced off with electric fence the remainder of the plot was grazed and looking at the aerial photos shows it to be green grass

Have you tried putting it on your 2013 application. a sob story about forgetting, under serious pressure yada yada, one step at a time. if you got it on 2013 you maybe able to ask nicely to get 12 amended. I dont know if this is even possible by the way. But one thing the world has taught me over time is that everything is possible, just finding the right person to make the pen stroke is the hard part
