my last post was closed and I asked why and I got this reply "The forum is not here to discuss welfare payments,more to help people to apply for same"

so here goes, My mates sister told me yesterday that she was getting a social welfare payment of €38 per month to feed her dog,

so what is the form number to apply for this payment and how do I apply for same

to the Mods, this is a legit question.

The reason it was closed is I suspect is because you're either trolling for lulz or you just havent noticed your mates sister is winding you up.

In short, this payment does not exist. Case closed.
