Do Ginseng Cream cure Acne ?

    Hello I recently came to know about a acne cream made up of panax ginseng a chinese traditional medicine, Is it really worth of using such creams, and would they help in cure of acne . Also if there are any other good alternative sources for acne other than laser surgery , please let me know.
