Repair peeling wallpaper

I'm trying to repair some wallpaper where it is peeling at the edges. It's only a few millimeters peeling from the edge but due to the length that has come unstuck it looks really bad.

I bought some repair adhesive but not having any luck with it. Even after applying the adhesive and holding paper in place for several minutes, it still won't stick.

Can anyone recommend a product or technique that will sort this? Thanks.

    CT1 Adhesive.

Can I get this in Dublin?

Google only showing up suppliers in Laois and Kilkenny.

Edit: just found these guys - http://efox.ie/contactus.php

Any decent hardware place should stock it. To get a neat edge, run a length of masking tape up the door and wall, about 4-5mm out from the corner. Run a bead of CTI from top to bottom, smooth it out by dipping your finger in washing up liquid and running it over the sealant. remove masking tape, job done.

Well I'm not looking to run a bead. Just to stick the lifting wallpaper back down.

Any PVA glue or border adhesive should stick that with no problem, put a good spread on and leave to go a bit tacky and then stick down.

If that wallpaper has been painted over, then there's no love nor money will get that back down again.

Get some nice tidy wood or plastic beading, and
    nail that sucker back!

If PVA glue will hold down my Mother's Fresco wallpaper with the 65 layers of paint on it, then it will certainly hold that down!

I once saw a rep demonstrate CT1, he placed two beads of ct1 on a concrete block, placed the block under water, put 2 beads of ct1 on a plasterers float and placed it on the block under the water, he then lifted it clear. Now that's what you call GRIP, forget "tacky".
