learner driving permit?

    Hi,
    I got my full driving licence for cars in France years ago.These permits are valid for life, there is no expiration date on these driving licences.
    I decided to pass the motorcycle driving licence and I'm wondering if I have to start or not from scratch the process with a learner driving permit?

    Yes, you'll need to start as a complete beginner, theory test and all
