Verge Jersey and Bibs (same stuff as the Boards gear without the design)

So a few things have popped up and I could do with a bit of cash to tide me over until pay day, so I've decided to stick up the sample gear I was given as a gift by our supplier when doing the Boards jersey order.

Essentially, it's the exact same kit as we got, but with Verge design/branding instead of Boards. The chamois is supposedly the same in Assos/Rapha stuff.

The jerseys as part of our order were €41, and the bibs €44. I'm looking for €60 for this set, and I'll throw in a brand new set of Verge socks. The jersey was only worn when trying the stuff on for size, and the same goes for the bibs which were tried on wearing underwear. Both have been washed too, just in case any germaphobes were wondering.

The jersey is XL, but it's race fit aka tight, so it's more of a Large or even a Medium, either way it'll still be fairly tight as it's made to have the least material waving about in the wind.

The bibs are size Large.





This is top quality gear, at a bargain price because we got them straight from the supplier. And I'm selling the sample set at nearly 25 quid cheaper than the Boards gear too, and you get socks!

€60, no offers. I'm based in Artane, but if you're not manly enough to come over the northside I can meet in the IFSC.

Was hoping for a quick sale to sort a few things out, so I'm going to leave them up for sale for now. If they don't sell by the time you're back I'll send you a pm.

Also, if anybody wants me to bring these to the spin tomorrow I'm sure I can shove them in my jersey pockets somehow!

I understand Ste but forum rules are quiet clear, first one to offer asking gets first refusal. I didn't say I would not pay this week (PayPal etc) just that I could not collect this week. Bit disappointed .......... But anyway. It was the bibs I was after in the main.

Myself and another mod have discussed it, and we both feel that Rua_ri was the first user to properly offer asking.

Konkers, Ste did say he wanted a quick sale so we/I don't have a problem with him saying no until you could collect.

Vizzy, your first offer appeared to us that you wanted Ste to pay postage. Rua_ri made an offer of asking and collecting from the place specified by Ste before Vizzy edited to say that he would pay postage.

By our reckoning, Rua_ri made the first proper offer of asking and so it should go to him. However if the deal is already done with Vizzy then we obviously won't infract, since Ste probably only saw Vizzy's offer after editing.

Darkglasses, just to clarify, I reread my original offer and I thought that it could lead to confusion ,hence the edit regarding the P+P.
Myself and Ste are about to close the deal but if you that my edit was against the rules I will agree to withdraw.

I never saw the first offer from Vizzy, only the final post, so I accepted that as it looked like he had offered the asking and the full postage.

Konkers, I was under the impression you weren't going to pay until you were back as you never mentioned it, and as it says in the OP I was looking for a quick sale.

Yeah basically Vizzy it wasn't clear that you were offering to pay postage too, it looked like you weren't, but I'll take you at your word that it was just a mistake.

Since the deal is almost done I won't make ye change, unless Ste wants to. I think we're all still friends either way!

No worries. I've no problem ruffling feathers though........SO, I agree with everything bar the "Rua_ri was the first user to properly offer asking" part. Black bold writing is so ominous. Could you not pick something less like this
