i am 22 and wondering am i too old to start boxing. i mainly want to box for fitness and to blow off steam but would to fight. i have no expectaions of competeing at the top of the sport i just want to ebjoy it and see where it takes me

no your not old mate:) do your medical start sparring and see how you get on, of course your at a disadvantage compared to people who have boxed since 12 13 years of age but as you said train hard listen to your trainer practice and see where it takes you and besides when it comes to a fight your not gonna get paired with someone out of your league dont worry
