Where is it coming from? Doors?
Is the car old? Perhaps the rubber seals in the doors are old and need a bit of silicone oil to supple up again.

Or use wind deflectors

There's savage wind noise on my trafic, which I assume is from the doors, never thought of wind deflectors, just for the windows ? Or will it help with noise from the doors

Noise from door area is almost always from the windows. Noise from windows can often be from wing mirrors.
Try driving with wing mirror folded in, if this helps then you need to use something else than wind deflectors. Sometimes plastic buds will help or open gusset and stuff material into holes.
