in the US they have a map on weather channel site that provides dates for peak foliage. I'm guessing we are peaking this week in dublin? Is this right? Any insights?

Do you mean on the trees as in the American Fall? the amazing leaf colours they get with their sudden shift in temperatures is a well known and watched for phenomen

Or are we talking road hazards with maximum foliage ie hazard on the roads?
