Check out the mux sticky thread at the top of this forum. Im having issues where I am receiving rte1 via mux2 but my aerial is having issues picking it up.

When I receive rte1 via mux1the only issues I have is the epg says I need to rescan. I understand mux1 transmission will cease in a few weeks.

Do you have any channels at position 1, 7 or 8? They are the new Mux 2 channels.

The channels at position 11, 17 and 18 are only temporary and will be switched off in the next 2 weeks or so.

Can you test the TVs at the bedroom TV point where the Saorview box works?

How is the aerial feed split between all the TV points, splitter or distribution amp? I wonder if the problem is too much or too little signal? Some tuners can deal with weak/strong signals better than others.

I think it's through a distribution amp which is plugged out ,it's strange cause up until this latest change from saorview everything was perfect thanks
