How to evict a tenant legally

I have just got a hearing date from the PRTB to get an enforcement order against my tenant who hasn't been paying his rent for the last 4 months. Obviously I expect the judgement to go in my favour as he has no defence but what do I do once I get the Enforecement Order - can I then change the locks or do I have to go through the District Court for enforcement? How long can that take does anyone know?

    thanks all

Isn't the OP just asking about the procedure to enforce an eviction order if he is successful with his case?

    How is that legal advice?
