Boyd's Stock Rem 700 Long Action BDL

For sale is a brand new Boyd's Varmint Thumbhole Stock that will fit Remington700 BDL long action models with factory barrels and one piece hinged floor plate.

The color is Forest Camo. Here is Boyd's Link to the stock. However, at their site the stock looks very light in color. In person, it is darker, which is much better, as it matches colors in the field.

The stock is untouched, not sanded, as it arrived a few weeks ago - perfect, mint condition.

Price €100.

Note, I think the Boyd's stock is the best stock for the money. However, if you have the cash, I would recommend that you go to Kinsale, have a pint, an open faced smoked salmon sandwich and meet up with Edi Graef. That's what I plan to do some day. Until then, I go with Boyd's.

Good question and the answer is that I do not know. The stock will fit a CDL or BDL, but I am not sure about the SPS. I do have an SPS, but it is short action. I could try it if you want.

I don't think it'll suit. I did some checking and it would be a bit awkward to modify around the hinge plate at the mag housing. Thanks anyway and good luck with it

Again, the Boyd's stock is probably the best stock you can get for the money. It is truly beautiful and all Boyd's stocks are free floated.
