    If you join 48 - you become a member.

    If you fail to top up - what happens?

    Could you cease membership for a period and restart after a certain period?

    Do you mean join and never ever buy a membership at all?

    If you buy a membership, you get that service for 30 days.
    After the 30 days your membership expires and you can't place any outbound calls, texts or internet connections.
    You can receive calls and messages.

    I don't know how long after your account goes inactive does it get disabled
