Your employer should be able to refund the tax to you.

If not you'll have to wait until next year to apply to Revenue.

You are on a week 1 tax basis and will remain so until year end .

Keep your final payslip at year end and request a P60 from your employer as soon as possible in January 2014 .

You have been working for this employer for 27 weeks now , but spent too long on emergency tax basis .

Ensure you can satisfy tax office with details of what your personal circumstances were from 1st January to 8th April 2013.

Thanks for answers, but if I finish job after 2 weeks, becouse thinking about that, whats happens with my emergency tax? And where get P60 if I quit?

You only get a P60 if you are still working at 31/12/13. In your case, you will get a P45.

Are you starting a new job or unemployed?

Well then you need to fill in a P50 form. Search for it on Rev' website or Google.

Just fill in the form and send off to your local tax office with P45. It might take a few weeks to process. Actually I'd suggest personally dropping forms in to Rev' to be sure they're correctly completed.

    Good luck.

You should get your P45 on the day you leave. Send it off to your local tax office immediately. You won't be able to fill in the P50 online. Obviously if you wait until the new year you should be able to fill in details online then.

Its not going to be possible to complete your 2013 tax affairs until early 2014 .

However , as stated above , you can apply for tax refund using form P50 after been 4 weeks unemployed , and you may receive , the previous 4 weeks tax credits .

If you change address , remember to inform your local tax office .

But based on the tax paid by you in opening post , you will need to provide tax office with details as follows :
    1. earnings from 1st Jan - 8th April
    2. earnings from 8th April - P45 date
    3. earnings from P45 date - 31st December

Only then can you receive a full statement of earnings for 2013 .
