Anyone with RTX Dualphone Skype 3088 or 4088 getting Caller ID?

    Hi,
    I have the RTX 3088 for a while now, always get "Unavailable" for missed landline calls, have latest firmware and set country as Ireland.
    Does anyone get it on the 3088 model or anyone got the newer 4088 and have it?
    Don't mean Skype contacts, normal landline numbers.

    Is this outgoing or incoming calls to the Skype phone that are the problem?

    Incoming calls from the landline (it's a Dualphone), Skype calls are fine because the contacts are in the phone.

    Have you checked another phone on your landline to ensure that incoming caller id is actually working on the line?
