Me? - probably read easily enough, previously was generally unaware that people can pick up on things, some people very much so.

I can't consciously hide my emotions, but my facial expressions tend not to match what I'm feeling. I could be having the best day ever, but I'd have the biggest sour puss. I also tend to smile and laugh a lot the angrier I get, so most people are afraid when I'm genuinely laughing.

Because your breathing apparatus is critically affected when lying. Hence, under pressure, individuals heart will beat faster but they tend to want to say more than their body allows, hence giving out muddled quick statements. In other words, what you're thinking you want to say and what your bodily position is to produce it are not in sync in these circumstances. Swallowing is just a part of this seizing process.
