is there a typo in your posting? did you mean to say "without" putting an add in the newspaper? if so then now you have to place an add in the newspaper. If you don't want your company name appearing in the newspaper then you can change the name of the company to something else but you have to wait a year then to use the new company name in a voluntary strike off. If you are based in Dublin you could place the add in the Irish Examiner which is a national newspaper but not widely read in the Dublin area.
