    Hi all,

I´m thinking to start my own business as a psychologist but I´m unsure of the legal requirements. Any advice?

    Thanks!

But seriously, you need proper legal advice which means consulting a solicitor.

Why would you want to set up in Ireland. Nothing wrong with anyone here, that's right Ken,yeah Ken I agree with you.

Are you a psychologist? (Rather than, say, a self-described psychotherapist?)

    Clinical or non-clinical?

    What are your qualifications?

Are your qualifications recognised in Ireland?

Have you contacted the relevant regulatory body?

Do you understand the relevant legal requirements for starting a business?
