Missus not putting out until I finish painting landing

This escalated quickly from nothing.
I'd promised for months to paint the landing & eventually got started but it's been slow going.
Missus doesn't like the new 2 tone look to her hallway so has cut me off until the job is done.
Problem is the high bit as you go up the stairs, I'm waiting on a double ladder to get up that high & it's delaying the work.

Now, can the denial of sex be justified in this circumstance, I think not.
Does the correlation of her actions not mean she is no better than a prostitute for providing services as reward once the work is done.

She's has created what's known in economics as an "artificial scarcity" in order to commoditise a resource i.e. sex.
If we take it that labour and capital are freely exchangable and that labour would get the house painted then yes, she is prostituting herself.
