Full spec of the machine here: https://www.asus.com/Notebooks_Ultrabooks/X102BA/

Was looking for something with a decent enough spec, yet still lightweight, and expected to find mostly ultrabooks with €700+ pricetags. Imagine my surprise to find a Win 8 Pro 10.1" touchscreen with 4GB of RAM at €370ish.

It's listed online at Argos, Power City and on dabs.ie, but whether they have any in stock remains to be seen.
What's the verdict? It's certainly a far cry from Asus' earlier netbook incarnations like the Eee.

It isn't really a "netbook". Although it is of similar size, weight and performance, it costs a lot more and has a rather poor battery life. Previous ASUS Eee PCs cost around €250 and the battery lasted 10-11 hrs.

PC Specialist's Gemini looks interesting. 11" touch screen (detachable), 64 GB SSD, up to 13 hrs battery life and the new Celeron 1037U is a lot faster than the A4-1200. Costs around 500 yoyos.
