I am getting messages early in the morning, 8.50 yesterday, 8.27 today, when i answer there is nobody there and then after a few seconds a lady with an English accent (sounds automated) says "goodbye". anybody else getting these calls? they are coming from 0040003. Are they seeing if somebody is at home/ are they security…

They're probably someone automatically verifying that your phone number exists so that they can call you and harass you about your broken PC later.
