    Hi,

Is it possible to get statements printed in the branch? Or is there a machine in branch where I can print off statements? Statements for all accounts needed in a few days for mortgage applications but don't have any at the moment.

    Thanks,
    Fona

    Hi Fona

Thank you for contacting us on Boards.

It is not possible to have an official statement printed in a branch.

The statement printers in our branches will only provide the last few transactions on your account, they are not on headed bank paper.

You can order official bank statements by calling Banking 365, a representative will be happy to assist.

Up to date statements are free of charge, if you require a duplicate statement, it will cost E3.80 for the first page and E2.50 for each additional page. These can take 5-7 working days in the post.

If you have your mobile number registered online, you can register for eStatements online, they will be available within minutes of your request. You can then print off your statements online to give to the mortgage company.

    Please call Banking 365 if you require assistance on 0818 365 365 / 00353 140 44000.

    Thanks
    Alison
