FETAC 5 Work Experience

My work experience teacher is a dud.

Anyways, have to complete my W.E portfolio, I have to do the sections "Vocational Skills and Goals" and "Memo re Work Experience".
I don't have a clue what to do, can't ask the teacher cos she's an plank. Can anyone explain what it is they want us to write, just need a rough idea of what they're actually looking for

Is this for the Learner Record? I did a FETAC course last year and I've copied the table of contents from mine below, it might be helpful (the numbers are just the page numbers). We didn't use forms like it sounds you're using and this was the hardest part of the whole course for my class. I got a distinction :P
