renovation of a terraced house

    hello,
    im hoping to buy a terraced house and it needs renovation.
    just wondering has anyone been in the same situation and how much money did ye spend
    the house is 57sm,
    it needs rewiring and replumbing, structure and roof are ok
    there is 2 floors and an attic which can be used as a bedroom
    im hoping to do a lot of work myself but what should i expect to spend roughly?

    Kinda in the same situation as you. Did you get it surveyed or get a builder or someone to at the property & what needed to be done to it prior to buying? Cheers

    I (completely) renovated my mid terraced house there in 2011, cost me 24 grand.

    I would assume that everyone will have a different end price on this job, as people will shop around?
