Security Code not sent to mobile phone

    I have a mobile phone setup and active on my bank account, it was setup so I could view e-statements. I am trying to view my latest e-statement but an being prompted for a security code, which should be delivered to my phone. I am not getting this code, would you have any idea why?

    Its ok. I thought there was a new security code sent out each time I tried to access an e-statement.
