My Wife was involved in a crash, the other party admitted liability.

Can she claim Depreciation with their insurance firm?

Obviously the car will be worth less after the Car is fixed?

no but you are entitled to have it repaired to be in the same condition as before the crash.

From reading threads on here you can claim depreciation relative to the age of the car. If the car is between 1-3 yrs old you can get a small amount, any older you generally get nothing.

One thread says its only about 10% of the repair bill.

You are entitled to claim depreciation as a % of the repair bill. The amount depends on the age of the vehicle
