I'm interested in going to LYIT for their Games Development. However, I'm also looking at Sligo IT. LYIT would be handier as it's closer, but is the Games Development any good? I'm not thinking I'm going to go in and play games and muck about, and I know it's mostly programming with a game centric aproach. People had said that the lecturers weren't great and to steer clear. Is that true this year as well?
Thanks in advance for your responses.
