    While the company involved is not in the telecoms market it clearly shows how large companies deliberately set out to mislead customers and potential customers.

    This kind of behaviour is rampant in the telecoms industry here.

    Now if only we had a regulator here...

    There seem to a be many of those energy companies getting in trouble over in the UK. :S I'm always seeing a new one on BBC News.
