Winter holiday

Hi, Any ideas about a winter holiday for a bit of skiing, hiking and other winter activities. Would like to stay in log cabin, also somewhere like bulgaria, Poland, Romania? Maybe on a frozen lake etc Any ideas, tht wont cost an arm and a leg :) Thanks..
