Currently in a&e and have been for the last 6 hours

    Negatives
    The wifi is horrendous
The people here are ugly, they should have pretty girls for people to talk to in the waiting room
    The coffee is lukewarm
I've counted four ambulance staff that have went toilet and haven't used the sanitiser outside
There's junkies here and if something kicks off I have no confidence in the security guard who couldn't pull a soldier off his sister

    Positives
The nurse I saw for triage was a good guy and seemed professional enough to not give me MRSA or mix up my blood sample

    I'm lying by a pool.

Cons: it's hot out and my ballbag is swetty
    Pros: I'm not in A&E

    Get better soon.

Maybe they washed their hands properly in the bathroom, with soap and water, rather than just smearing alcohol gunk around the place?

Hope you don't have too long a wait. I was about to say I hope it's nothing serious, but if it wasn't there'd be no need for you to be in A&E.

All of your negatives can be solved by getting blind drunk.

Isnt that how everybody else copes. Any time I have been in A&E its like a great big lock in.

    Made me smile anyway

As for the person who said be thankful, I am but I am paying for it

As for the hand washing, even if you wash your hands like a surgeon you still have to touch the door handle

Surely they have some kind of dispensary, medicine cabinet or bumbling nurse/doctor.
Its a simple* matter of obtaining some good benzos.

You have an internetz, look up some good ones along the lines of codeine.
Make a game out of it - mission codeine - can you trick, steal, manipulate your way to a floaty warm exit out of the realm of time.

Mission 1 - recruit the junkies.
Mission 2 - obtain lab coat.
Mission 3 - research some doctory speech incase you're challenged. **
Mission 4 - steal pain killers from people in need.

    *by which I mean difficult.

** heres my attempt: Hi... I've been sent over from phlebotomy to do an i.v check on Mr Peters in ward 2 I have to report on his hemoglobin levels and pre-check him for an upcoming surgery. Say, just out of curiosity, how many patients here have been prescribed benzos and which ones.

Bonus points ...and my phone number for free... if you can score some Oxycontin.

    Negatives
Waiting around for a different doctor

Patient of the night so far goes to the woman who thinks she's taken too much paracetamol but doesn't have a clue how much, also in my untrained medical opinion is definitely telling porkies about how much drink she's had

Just let go there, overall experience 4/10. Staff are great but 8 hours is too long

Ia there some sort of rich person insurance scheme I can get on that let's me skip all that? I highly doubt Bertie or Pat Kenny go through the motions like that
