    Hi,
Looking for advise in replacing my existing shower tray, which is high enough profile.

Would a low profile be suitable? Which are the pros and cons of low profile vs high profile?

    Thanks.

    Pros: Low profile looks nice
Cons: If the waste is slow to exit, they fill up very quickly & can overflow regularly.

if its a floating floor. eg floor boards below. sit the base on the floor. if its a solid floor (do as you like)

This is an en-suite in the first floor with timber floor under it. My concern with the low profile tray is whether my waste is fast enough to flow the water. How would I know that?
