Car Tax

I taxed my car last Wednesday as the tax was up for the annual fee, however a bit of argie bargie with a French fella last Saturday night has left me with both my legs broke and the doctor has taken me off the road for the year.

Am I entitled to a tax refund if I fill out the form to say that the car is off the road, cant sell as it a 2013 and have a whopper of a loan on it. Net realisable value of it is 70% of my loan amount.

No refund unless car is scrapped.

One can say that the car was never on the road said the tax was started and therefore receive a refund.
