I was travelling along the M50 heading southbound when I noticed a Garda car on the on ramp of the opposite side of the M50!
Wondeing was this checking speed of cars coming towards it albeit on the other side of the road form it or was it waiting for someone?

Without asking them it's impossible to say so in going to guess that the car stalled on them and they were wAiting in a tow wagon but my guess will only be as good as the next persons.

They were checking for speeding on that side of the M50 the can get a negative reading as cars pass, i'm speaking from experience here :D
